- How do I make an order of digital printing?

- What is the price of the digital printing?
- The price is carefully checked when receiving the order. There will be a follow-up call of our administrators to confirm the order and to discuss the price with you. To get a rough idea of the costs you can use our online digital print calculator.
- What type of files should be sent?
- We accept any files with following extension: doc, ai, indd, psd, cdr, png, pdf, jpg, tif, eps, ps, but to save time, get the best results and serve you more quickly, we recommend to send us your material in .pdf generated by Acrobat distiller 4 or 5 with the “for print preview” mode on. It is possible to export files in .pdf directly from Corel Draw 9/10/11. In any case, all the images should better be in CMYK.
- Can I make an order without registration?
- Yes, you can use our "quick order of digital pritning".Please specify all relevant information and send the files to us by any means of transport convenient for you. Our administrator will get back to you immediatelly if more information is needed.
- When there will be a cofirmation of the order?
- We usually call within 24 hours, latest the next working day. If you need a quicker response, please feel free to contact us.
- What is your policy regarding privacy?
- No information we receive shall be given out to other companies. Customer information is used to contact them when necessary or for administration purposes.
